Those who were present, please check this and make sure its correct.

What was decided at the meeting was that we would delay submitting the
whitepaper, in order to allow time for some cooperative agreement to
emerge with a group of stakeholders that is submitting a major ToLWeb-
related NSF proposal in March. David Maddison is going to set up a
meeting between that group and ours. Please stay tuned for more
details.
