A clarification of Karen's note to say that the ATOL group had invited
Karen, Hilmar, Nico, and Arlin to be CoPIs on the proposal: Doug
Soltis sent an invitation out to that group because those where the
ones on the last ToLWeb2 teleconference. The invitation is not
restricted to that group, though: basically, the ATOL group would like
to have one or two or ? folks active in the ToLWeb 2.0 group as CoPIs
on the grant proposal. I think it would benefit both the ATOL project
and the ToLWeb 2 community to have that connection. We can discuss
this more during the teleconference today. If you are interested but
can't make the teleconference, please send Doug or me an email.

(I should also note that the ATOL group hasn't clarified among
ourselves who will be CoPIs - we are still in the discussion phases of
the whole effort, and who will be CoPIs hasn't settled yet.)
