I can just click "undo" and it reverts back the bolding, so this means
I get to save all of the intended edits, so progressively I'm adding
to the doc and improving it. But I can't seem to save it permanently
without undergoing this last annoying step.

I hope no one is offended by the more substantial changes I made. I
cut out some of the dwelling on what ToLWeb 1.0 doesn't do in favor of
what some of the currently unmet needs in the landscape of data
resources are. This needs further elaboration as to why it is needed
and how it is currently unmet, without going into too much detail so
that we are not preempting or prescribing what the vision would be.
I've left a placeholder for unmet needs for educators. If those of
with ideas and/or interest specifically in this area could fill in
text there (or post here) that would be great.
I haven't gone through the other sections yet, but it looks like much
of the principle content is already there in bullet point form, so
mostly needs putting into prose and streamlining.
