what is the main advantages and disadvantages Affinity Designer vs Corel draw standard 2021? Especially for glass engraving.
And it is there some help (workflow) for Affinity Designer engraving?

It is possible export (import) file from Affinity Designer to the FreeCad (www.freecadweb.org)
and it is possible to export from Affinity Designer to the G-code?
We don't have any specific tutorials for this, but if you're looking for help with a specific workflow then I'm sure we can assist. Do you have a workflow example video or tutorial for another app that you can provide, so that I can see if the same steps are possible in Designer?
I'd say it depends heavily on the motives you design. Main disadvantage is the lack of vector brushes in Affinity apps. As long as you're engraving your designs as images, everything is fine. But as soon as you want to do outlines, the "bitmap brushes on vector paths" which AD calls "vector" brushes , will fail. If you don't rely on any fancy vector brushes, Affinity Designer should work as well as any other vector app when exporting the designs into PDF or SVG (unfortunately, DXF isn't possible).
That said, you can't export directly into G-code out of Affinity apps. But most engraving software can deal with PDF and/or SVG files, which they translate into i. e. GRBL for your engraving device. BTW, does Corel export G-code directly? I have a macro running on my (heavily modded/scripted) Corel SE 2020, which can send the designs directly to software like LightBurn. But it can't export directly into GRBL either.
CORELDraw doesn't export G-code directly, but it's been a major player in various niche markets like vinyl cutting, sign making, embroidery for many years. There are lots of plugins for CD that convert in-program layers directly to whatever the output device is expecting. The Affinity suites is nowhere near old enough, or with market share large enough, to (yet) attract that sort of 3rd party development. Oh, and of course, the Affinity suite doesn't (currently) have any sort of API to allow that kind of development.
I don't think that any guides or testing have been provided for photoshop CC SVGs.
I do not have access to that program in order to do testing.
It LOOKS as though the gear/cog in the upper right and the SETTINGS button in the lower left open the same menu for choosing image quality of embedded images, so those won't help as you have already concluded.
I believe pretty strongly that Photoshop CC does NOT currently provide options that will allow you to consistently save SVGs that will work well in videoscribe (September 2016) unless there is some option somewhere that makes the pen and pencil tools work the way they used to work before 2013.
Your best options are probably:
1) using the OLD inkscape version 0.48.5 (free at inkscape.org) which is known to work well with videoscribe, I strongly recommend this as the easiest and cheapest solution. If you have to get it approved by management or IT department, I would recommend doing that.
or
2) using Adobe illustrator if you have that. (I'm pretty sure you don't have that)
or
3) running your photoshop CC SVGs through some kind of SVG optimizer that cleans up SVGs for web use and reduces the file size. Something like that may strip out the extra data that causes problems in videoscribe.
or
4) try editing your SVG in a text editor (like notepad or wordpad) if you can figure out what parts of the code need to be removed to fix the problem.

Possible solutions:
1) There may be save settings in Coreldraw that allow you to save the SVG for compatibility with older programs, without using a style tag... but I don't have coreldraw to test that.
