I have a 1983 48' Tollycraft and restored her. Having been all over the boat over 15 years I know most of the ins and outs. For a lasting fix, I would replace any loose fittings and rail fasteners. As a side note, many years ago I acquired most all of the Tollycraft engineering drawings of all their boats - all sizes - and production photos of every stage of build. I also have original dealer new boat
pamphlets for most models sold. With retirement I thought I might start an info site. This is my Lusty LuLu!
