My wife, Kathy, and I have a 1995 57' Motor yacht. Our marina was destroyed in Harvy while our boat was moored there. Not much damage to our boat but the marina has been rebuilt and now our electrical system is not compatible with the "new ground f

Yes. Most of the marinas in Florida have been rebuilt to the new GFCI standard for the same reasons.
