Replacing Windows

Hey all picked up our new windows from John for our 1974 26 Sedan and getting ready to install. 

For those that have done this already done this I am looking for some words of advise on everything from removing the old windows to tips and tricks, if any, for installation.

I have been in possession of all new seals for some time now but have not gotten to that sub-project. I talked to John on the phone, but the conversation went too fast and I wasn't able to take good notes. What might be a workable solution is to record the next conversation he has and then I'll type it up and document it and it'll be there for the club because a lot of people are going to go through this. And of course it'll be there as a handout that John can use as well.

I've done this job with the large side windows (having rebuilt a set) a couple of years ago and would be happy to offer anything I can remember! Mark Wilson (a former 26 owner) helped me and is quite expert as well. He's no longer a Tolly owner but definitely an aficionado.

Looking at the interior it appears that I am going to have to at least pull down the instrument console to get to the two corners screws. Can anyone verify that?
