1979/2019 48 Tolly for sale, the only completely restored 48 to come on the market. I meen completly !!!

Hi Tolly lovers, After spending 4 years and over $250,000. restoring to new condition my 48 Tolly I am selling her. We have found the perfect 55 Fleming and cant pass the opportunity. This is a once in a life time chance to buy a heavy hull 48 that presents as new from bow to stern. About the only thing from 1979 on the boat is the very strong D671's NA. (3500 hrs). From stone counters to custom furniture,head liners, lighting,galley,custom cabinets, gen set, decks, seat covers, Electrical panels, Ect. its all new.

This boat has been under cover on Lake Union its whole life and I am the second owner. One of the most interesting things about her is the 1997 bridge !! the past owner used one of the last bridges to come out of the Tolly factory and it gives the boat more modern lines. I could go on and on but the only way to get the whole story is to see her.

I have a lot of calls today asking the price of the boat, Its a special boat and i need some return on my investment. You all know what a fully restored ready to cruise

48 would worth. I am willing to listen to any reasonable offers for people that know Tolly's. If I can sell it before I list it some great savings are available.

Gen set, bow thruster, ice maker in custom cab on bridge, bridge seating, bridge carpet, all teak just done at Level sky 12K, electrical panel Blue seas 2018 16K , Holding tank 50 gal., outside shower on stern, bow roller, anchor and chain 200ft. , custom made new logos, bridge covers, new nonskid 2019, carpet and sound proof pad, pilot seat, fans, stone counters, sea freeze fridge, teak walls in v berth, new beds and custom bedding, all new wall paper, facet in galley. Custom sectional from Schoenfeld interiors. Sat TV and custom TV lift cabinet. added teak panels on out side in front of sliding doors. Extra freezer under galley seat. power lift for the mast, new raymarine E 2015, davit winch with remote control,  

 

New between 2000 and 2015

Custom cabinets in master state room and new cabinet faces whole boat , modern head liners with LED lights, all new windows and doors, hot water tank and new pump.

Complete new bridge from the tolly factory, new teak rails on bridge, this is the only 1979 tolly with the better looking 97 bridge.
