Tolly 57 wide body with MTU engines

We are looking at a couple 57 wide body’s. Both have MTU 8V183TE92s. One has 2100 hours and the other just over 4000. I would love to hear from ant 57 or 61/65 owners with MTUs. Reliability, cost to repair and availability of parts are areas I would like to better understand. Any assistance would be appreciated.
