Hey Tolly Friends,

If anyone is looking, my father has a 40' liveaboard slip available at Elliot Bay Marina. Posting it here on his behalf. Rent is $1150 a month including electricity. Overhang is limited, I believe The marina allows up to 41'-6 Max. LOA. Rare opportunity as there are only a few liveaboard slips in the this marina.
