Is there any issue with the log-in screen. I am having trouble logging in, it is not accepting my user name and password. I have reset my password and verified my log-in, with no results.

Hi Chris,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, and I'm sorry to hear you're having login troubles. There was an issue last week with changing one's password, but I thought the software had been fixed to remedy that problem.

These might be long shots, but have you checked to be sure that your caps lock isn't activated? And have you tried logging in from a different browser?

If you're still having troubles, let me know and I'll do some additional research.

Thanks!
Kelly

yes, making sure the caps lock was not on was the first thing I did. Using a different browser didn't help probably means the issue is on the server side. To me it looks like it is not recognizing the password.

Are there any updates on this issue? I still cannot log in.

Hi Chris,

Sorry to hear this is still an issue for you!  Would it be possible for you to take a screenshot of the error you're seeing an upload it here?  That should give us a better idea how to help.

Thanks!
Tony

Chris, I'm not able to reproduce your problem.  I just tested it out twice and everything works as it should.

What's your username?

i found your username (kometman) and email in the database.  Your email is listed exactly as your email here, so it's not a matter of an incorrect email address.  Couple options:

1) delete your user name then start over again
2) send screen shot and we try to troubleshoot

I do not think deleting the account would work, as that sounds like something one needs to be logged in successfully to accomplish. Screen print would not be any use because it was standard password not recognize error; if it was unique I would mentioned it in initial missive.

So on the whim I tried the password reset one more time, this time it took and was able to log in. Now that I think about it this occurred at my job once, an old password was not recognized and the reset did not reset . . . putting the password in limbo, the password became neither the old one or the new one.
