Apologies for the delay.

As of 11th Feb, with total amount 90,000.00KES;
1. Electricity installation as agreed was completed (19620.00KES)
2. Chicks were paid for & due date for delivery is either 18th or 25th
(64,000.00KES)
3. Woodshavings collected upto 20 bags
4. Omnicide (Disinfectant Solution) purchased (360.00KES)

Structure is 100% ready for chicks.
Delay from QMP hatchary is due to large-scale farmers who are
collecting upto 40,000 chicks.
On my end, my bank a/c was termed dormant which I had to activate as
soon as I found out, causing unwanted &unprecidented delay.
With that in mind, kindly now prepare the 2nd cheque as detailed in
the previous mail, due to either date given.

Please Bonnie, make it a habit/culture not to be reminded or be asked for an update before you send. It will be easier for all of us if immediately you do anything you update the team.

Also as discussed, you should be Specific on exactly what you will be doing to enable us work well if for any reason you can't give a specific date or answer or figure the reason should be stated clearly for everyone to understand.

  For instance, how much are we releasing, when exactly do you need it and for what should be clearly stated. Don't say I have said it before....don't be tired to restate the reason(s). This is very important as we go forward.

Remember Proverbs 22:29.

Give us Specifics on what we are doing next.

Hello Tola Group Ltd,

After the earlier correction from team concerning clarity. I hereby have attached a document detailing what will be carried out as soon as the chicks are delivered.

Due to disparity of delivery date, I opt we get set and prepared (cash-wise) peradventure early delivery .

This is the most crucial stage of growth, hence we will keep Tola Group Ltd abreast in every step of the way. This, we as The Royal Sabat promise.

Glucose, Antibiotics, Water, Feeds, Minerals and Vaccines will be required all at a go to ensure continuity and flow and also increase of survival chances.

Kindly note that am keeping my records in a quire book for reference and transparency.

on the structure preparation & confirmation of dates.

Hello,

I hereby notify Tola Group Ltd. as agreed.
We are now in the second week of our crop/ harvest on the 3rd day.        
As of now 12 birds down. Please note that the shock is already absorbed because we were issued 1060 birds in total.
With that said, the sailing is smooth though. The assignment has gotten intensive as the feeding habits have escalated. This is not to say we are overwhelmed, not at all. We are managing and learning about the birds as well.            
Also find time for site visit.
