This is very timely. I was telling oga yesterday that I think we buy land with what we have already accumulated.  It wi serve as well as property and collateral if we need and also it appreciates.

Hi guys.

I think we need to focus on our retreat first.  I don't think we are of one mind because we have not prayerfully considered a purpose statement and direction for TOLA. WE need to spend some decent time together,  share thoughts. Pray and chart a way forward.

We shall always come across great deals because we are children of the King. Those great deals must however meet a unified and prepared set of minds.

Not to say that Nanyuki is not a good place to buy and that perhaps we should jump at it but more importantly to highlight that we have a more fundamental thing to invest in... I.e. each other and TOLA.

I disagree.  Our focus should be on a meeting as soon as possible. A retreat require s unification of calendars which we all know is not a cup of tea. Lets meet and chart a way forward on the interim
