Greetings gentlemen,

Attached is our statement as of today.I will need to sit with the chairman to verify before I can present the final report.This submission is for the benefit of this meeting.

I have also attached the member statement from the sacco website.It's clearly not updated but you will get to see that we have some bank charges etc etc..

We also need to get good clarification on this tax issue.

1.It is clear that TOLA should not pay any taxes however we ought to file monthly NIL returns otherwise we will be penalized 10K a month.

2.This is why we have to pay almost 3 months penalty.

I would also like to throw in a proposal;

Can we have one of our first ladies take car of our books? It will be a good opportunity for us to focus on the other many opportunities out there.
