Hi,

I wanted to give you a heads up, (and you can pass it on to the THS people as well,,,)
Yokota Air Base is having a friendship day 18-19 August 2012.
You and your family, friends, etc. may enjoy checking out the planes on the flight line.
It will likely be hot, so you may want to take that into account as well.

You may want to check with the base (See PDF) to make sure you bring the right info (Passport etc..) to get in...
But if OK,
You and your family, friends etc. are welcome to join me if you like.
Or go by yourselves.
You are welcome to invite others as well!

I am planning on meeting some people around 9:30-9:45 am, and leaving on the
Chou train Ome-sen Kaisoku Ome-yuki out of Tokyo at 10am 18th August 2012,

It is the starting station for the Chou train, so if we are first on the platform, we will get seats all the way to Ushihama.

Or we can meet in Ushihama station at around 11:08 am.

2012年 8月 18-19日で横田基地のFriendship Day があります。

興味が有れば、ぜひ、見て下さい。

とにかく、興味が有ったら、他の人も参加するけど、 君も他の人も参加しても良いですし、
2012年 8月 18日で横田基地のFriendship Day一緒に行きましょう。

東京駅から、
2012年 8月 18日、9時30-45分位東京駅の中央線のプラットフォームの後ろの（有楽町／新橋）方で会って、
東京から出発は１０時　JR中央　青梅線快速　青梅行き（横田基地の牛浜駅まで乗って）電車を乗ろうと思います。

牛浜駅から、（約11時08分位）
それとも、ほかの電車で合ったら、携帯で連絡、11時08分位牛浜駅で会っても良いです。

もちろん、遠いと暑いの日日になれるので無理矢理をしなくても良いです。
別の時間で行きたいに成っても良いですし、
好きな時にも帰って良いです。
