tracking COVID-19 cases in Japan

Hi all,

It was created by a South Korean studying in Kyushu: https://www.japantimes.co.jp/news/2020/03/06/national/student-online-map-coronavirus-japan/#.XnlgUIj7TIU

From the looks of it, he's maintaining it on his own.  Does anyone have contacts in towards him?  If so, can you find out if/how we can support him?  Money, time logging cases, coding support?
