Change quake wiki link reminder for MRE

Hi MRE,

Would you mind changing the link on the "Japan in Crisis" post to
reference quake.tokyohackerspace.org rather than
quake.knowles-systems.jp please ? This seems to have dropped through the
cracks when I asked two weeks ago.
