at Crossfields Akihabara.

To add on this recently I came across the Shinjuku camera fair

Unfortunately, it just passed. Albeit, its looking more interesting
for real crazy collectors rather then for people who hope to get some
good price on some gear
But that might be biased by the owner of Japancamerahunter.com.
Couldn't find any other info, guess a search in Japanese gives more
details
