WTF, they are completely ingoring the parietal lobe!
And, assuming they want to tune the software to idle and action rhytms, you need more electrodes than that for a small laplacian filter.
 
Assuming they do not use the 10-20 system as a reference for their electrode positioning - they either found a narrow band of frequencies they reply realibly enough to user states - but the user need to be trained through biofeedback first. These guys are selling it like it is a lifestyle produyct... geez.

The world should focus on Altman's neurohancer first :D
