running recruitment events on Japanese campuses?

Hi all,

 

In my day job, I’m trying to plan some recruitment events for STEM grad students on Japanese campuses, something we’ve not done before.

 

I’m finding the university careers offices fairly non-responsive and non-helpful.  Thus, I’m looking for guidance on how others do this.

 

Is there anyone on this list who’s run campus recruitment events, who’d be willing to give me a brief tutorial?
