How durable Tokyo cabinet / tyrant is?

I did a test - inserting into the db, and kill -9 the server.
Database file was left in tact - e.g. file was not corrupted.

For sure some data were lost, but let say I do not care about several
minutes lost data.

Anyone did similar tests?

I only have experience on Kyoto Cabinet.

So far so good, never encounter "total lost" due to kill -9.

I had 10+ instances, with heavy read/write to KC.... and over the last year, i think we tried dozen of kill -9 on those applications
