Multi-master AND master-slave replication simultaneously?

Does TT support master-master and master-slaves replication
simultaneously?
Here's what I'm trying to do:
1. master TT server
2. master TT server
3. read-only slave 1
4. read-only slave 2
...
N. read-only slave M
Where 1 or 2 is used as the master by clients that have access to them
and 3-N are used by "unworthy" clients that should only have read-only
and local access to the same data.
1 <---> 2 and 1 --->3,4,5,...N.
Is this possible? How?
