Work for talented Ruby Developers

Dear All,

I am looking for talented Ruby Developers to work on an IaaS and PaaS with a new Data Center in Toyko.
Can anyone recommend 2-3 developers?
The guys running the show are not Japanese, so Japanese is not a must.
They need dynamic developers - Foreign or Japanese with very good English.

Are there many Ruby developers in Tokyo?

Any ideas appreciated.

I just joined to this group and, even knowing this is an old message I
can't avoid contacting you since I'm really looking for a Ruby on
Rails job in Japan.

So, let me know if this guys are still looking for RoR developers.
I Speak fluent english and I know some Japanese too (still learning
though)
