Hello Everyone,

We've tentatively scheduled our next meetup for Wednesday, January 26th. For this meetup, I'd like to have some people give presentations. After talking to some Japanese at the previous event, I heard that though doing a full presentation in English would be difficult, but a lightning talk (LT) might be possible. The theme for the LTs will be Internationalization (I18n) and Ruby. Some ideas for topics are:

* I18n in Ruby 1.9
* I18n in Rails
* Multi-lingual Documentation
* Demo of a ruby web-service/program you've made that supports multiple languages

If you'd like to present, please let me know. I'd like for people to try and present in English, but Japanese is possible too.

Best Regards,
Paul

Hello everyone,

I have such a massive rant and call for ideas on multi-lingualization
workflow, that I am afraid it would go over a lightning talk time limit.

Maybe, I could try to trim it down to show some of the ways I've done it
with my colleagues and discuss the strengths and weaknesses of these styles.

I really would like to hear some opinions on this.

I've got my share of rant on this issue, too. Panel discussion?
