AUDITIONS
Wanted cast for “Blond” by Rob Wellington
-hilarious musical melodrama in 2 acts to be staged end of November
CAST:
*Morticia DeBaucht:
A female version of Dr Evil bent on World Domination with the help of Sheep.
*The Hero: Jackson Bligh:
Private Detective, a legend of Sherlock Holmes stature... in his own mind.
*Maddy Harrison:
Infatuated assistant to Jackson Bligh
*Dave Morgan:
Long suffering assistant Detective who would rather be drinking beer than chasing evildoers.
*James Blond:
Eccentric scientist with a fascination for Sheep and creator of “The Formula that will lead to World Domination (tm)”.
*Jane Blond:
Sister to our eccentric scientist. Is she one of the goodies? Or is she a Wolf in a sheep skin.
**Add in some Evil henchmen, some not so bright policemen and some enthusiastic shepherds that make up a chorus.
**All roles are singing with some not so difficult dancing.
**There will be High Speed Chases, there will be a love story with Sexy bits, there will be deducing, there will be Villains and of course the Baddies will get their just desserts in the end.
Auditions: at Tokoroa Little Theatre, Manaia St.
Sunday 8th September : 3-6pm
Tuesday 10th September : 7-9pm
