Tokoroa Little Theatre Proposed Constitution

The Tokoroa Little Theatre is proposing to rescind its present constitution and ratify a new version - copy of which is attached.  It is intended that this shall be done at the AGM to be held in March 2011.  Please read the constitution and if you have any queries contact the committee.

Please confirm if this is draft was ratified and is now our Constitution.  If that's the case, there are shortcomings relating to our electronic banking system as opposed to cheques (S.14).  I've just had a quick skim through in case this isn't the proper doc.

  If it is the ratified doc, we'll need to review for electronic systems.  I'd also like us to consider the idea of term length for office holders, as many other groups do; i.e. 3-5 years max.

  I would also like the ratified doc put into our web page(s) so members or interested folk can peruse at their leisure.
