Building Separate Multi Chat Rooms

I have recently become a API Developer with your software, and I have
to say it awesome!

My question is as I'm building my website along, I need to ability to
host more then one chat room within my website.

My website is non-profit organization called iGospel Network. I need
to able to build separate rooms for the users to have choice of
specific subject topics.

So an example would be we would potentially have four rooms separate
for each revolving topic of the Month.

How can I go about setting this up?
