call widget starts off muted

Hi,

When someone joins my call, they start off muted. Is there any way to
change this so everyone starts off unmuted?

Can it be done using the toggleMute function?

function toggleMute() {
//assuming that your widget id is tbx_call
document.getElementById('tbx_call').toggleMute();
}

Can you also give me some sample code to show me how to get it
working?

Hi Jon,

This isn't something I've run into and wouldn't expect users starting
off as muted. Can you provide steps and perhaps code that can help us
reproduce this?

I'm using the code found on the tutorials, I don't think I changed any
of it. When I tried using the one actually hosted on http://me.tokbox.com/,
I'm running into the same issue. Users signing in could hear me, but
I can't hear them, until they hit the mute button. Do you think it is
some settings that the users should adjust on their end?
