Please note: The same username and password used to log into your computer are the same credentials used to log into the staff portal. The username is not your full email address; it is the first part of your email without the @calvertnet. For example, the email address Exam...@calvertnet.k12.md.us username would be ExampleM.
All paperwork must be completed and submitted via the Brooks Summer Programs Staff Portal. The portal is where you accept a job offer, update contact information, and manage your employment paperwork.
You can allow your staff to launch the Staff Portal remotely (through a URL as opposed to from within your database) and enable access to any of the features. This could be on your premises with an iPad on the gym floor or from a home computer through a link on your website. The Staff Portal is mobile-friendly, making data entry on smart devices easy!
The USG Faculty and Staff Portal page provides employees with a wide variety information and resources, in a single location. Important announcements and employee related action items are also posted on this site as well.
One of the most significant resources on the portal page is the access link to the OneUSGConnect system. This system enables employees to view, manage and update a wide variety of information such as updating personal information, enter time, request absences, enroll in and manage benefits elections, and view other HR and payroll information. If you are a hiring manager, the OneUSG Connect system will also provide you access to view information on your team and initiate certain actions associated with recruiting, employee status changes, approving time and absence, and more.
You will receive your login information to OneUSG Connect on your first day.

MyMATC is MATC's portal application that is used for current students, faculty and staff to view a wide range of institutional information. This portal also provides an entry point to Colleague Self Service and Colleague (MATC's student information and enterprise resource planning systems).
The Community Connection platform matches nonprofit agencies and programs with students, faculty and staff seeking to offer their time and talent through volunteer efforts. Use the volunteer dashboard to find volunteer opportunities, view past volunteer efforts, and see what's going on with the nonprofits in your community.
Maximize your MATC student experience by using the Student Life Campus Labs portal to discover unique opportunities at the college, find organizations, join a group, schedule and attend events happening on campus or in the area.
