Introductory Class to Taiko starts Wednesday, September 15, 2010! 

 

This introductory class will start on Wednesday, September 15^th, from 8:00 to 9:00 pm at the Oxnard Buddhist Temple social hall and will continue for six Wednesday evenings through October 20, 2010.  Classes are open to all persons, ages 8 to adult, interested in learning about taiko.  Casual clothing and comfortable, sneaker-type footwear are recommended. If you are interested in learning about Buddhist taiko and the fundamentals of taiko drumming, please complete the attached registration form and register early.  If you have questions, please contact any Togen Daiko member or email: in...@togendaiko.org.  The registration fee for this six-class session is $40.00 and includes bachis (drumsticks) and printed materials.  The information sheet and registration form is attached for details.
