tog upgrade and existing users

Hi,

Good news. We've updated all four core plugins and all tests past.
That probably means that we should have more tests XD.

Only one problem :(. Although we choose the old password scheme while
updating tog_user to latest restful_authentication, seems that I can't
made the new plugin to authenticate users against the existing
passwords. If someone has experience with this any help would be
apreciated.

If I'm not capable of doing this.... no idea if just a hard password
reset could be an option for any of you.

Ah, I forgot to tell, I'll start tomorrow to update all other
"official" plugins, like tog_conversatio, to remove references to some
removed plugins, like acts_as_state_machine .

Good news. You can upgrade tog's plugins and your user won't notice
it, they will be authenticated with their current passwords!. I found
the combination for the site_keys.rb file.

I'm gonna write in the coming days a template for upgrading tog from
0.5 to (what will be) 0.6.
