It seems a problem with the sphinx installation.
If you don´t have sphinx installed try setting
Tog::Config["plugins.tog_forum.search.skip_indices"] = true

in 001_create_tog_config.rb or where?

You can try putting the sentence into an initializer

Hi,

A partial is missed. I think you need a partial from aspgems' version
of tog_core. I mean, their fork has some changes in plugins and gems
that need to be added to your project in order to use their plugins.
