Ok, I have my site tracking tested and the code seems to be working
fine. How do I actually add affiliates and their own tracking ids?

You do not have to add affiliates.
All you need to do is to message them and ask them to register at toffeelinks.com.
Once they do, they will see affiliate links they should use when redirecting traffic to your (and other merchants') websites.
The affiliate links are visible for publishers on their websites (sources) detail pages, at the very bottom of the page.
