Hi Tom,
 
I read your reply to Sara, but I know my account isn't deleted...but probably the same problem; not inputting the correct "domains used."
 
I could use some help. It goes to a blank page http://www.toffeelinks.com/r/TESTORDER/b1cdd9d5/
 
but doesn't re-direct to my website.

I tried some variations on "domains used" and got it to work. Now I just need to place a test order. Thanks for having this group available.

So Tom,
 
I placed the small test order, got the thank you page, but it is still saying "Not Tested." Does it take a few minutes? Or did it not work?
 
Now what?

   I browsed the logs and I found the TESTORDER link redirect and the sale (9 minutes later).

   The logs say that the sale was not registered, because no visitor (that one that previously went through redirect link) cookie was found.

   Hmmm. Do you have cookies turned on in your browser (the one you used for the above process)?

Hi Tom,
 
the browser was set to blocking most cookes (turned up to medium), so I turned it to low, not blocking any cookies. I did the test link twice more and placed two more test orders. Still not working.

  I have browsed the logs :).

  I have noticed several TESTORDER redirects (last one at 2013-02-26 19:03:45.075 my time), but no order notification appeared later (no test order was placed).

  The last test order/purchase, which generated order notification was at 2013-02-25 21:25:34.553 m(the one that did not find the cookie).

   Please try once again following the steps below:

   1. Please make sure your browser accepts cookies (it is ok now, I guess, but please check it :)).

   2. Click once again that TESTORDER link. It will redirect you to your merchant website.

   3. When you are redirected, please place some small order, with payment, so that the Thank-You page appears and the notification will be generated.

   4. And then, please check the STATUS of your website. Hopefuly it will be "TESTED" this time :).

   Please, let me know if that works :).

that's exactly what I have done, 3 times now.
 
I wonder since I sign in each time as a returning customer if I need to clear the cookies and cashe because it is remembering the cookies from my original order that didn't send the cookie?
 
I'll clear the cashe and cookies and everything and try it once more.

Well, clearing the cookies/cashe worked. It is now authenticated.

Thank you for your help and for providing this service.  I'll give you feedback when I've had some time to see it work.

I've pasted the code into my Big Commerce website, I think I have done it correctly but the directions on the toffeelinks page is not up to date, and I have done the test purchase but I'm still seeing a not tested message on "my websites" page. Can you please check to see if the purchase came through?

I have also allowed cookies and retried, changed the website url and tried again. No luck. Please and thank you for your help with this.
