Bismillah. Please note the first two posting guidelines will be
enforced whenever possible.
1. Civility matters. If someone upsets you on this forum, please
exercise good judgment. You can always report the behavior to a
manger (including me, using the reply to author link below).
The invitation to use this forum is extended to every user of
Todoist.com regardless of age, gender, national origin, or religion.
Every user of Todoist.com is welcome here provided they are civil to
each other. The managers will not tolerate posts in which one user
deliberately attacks another user either within the text of a post, or
by editing a subject line, or by other behavior that indicates a
personal grudge.
2. The only good spam is spam you buy for yourself. Every user is
welcome to discuss his or her own use of Todoist.com. So promotion of
yourself, your company, or your interests in connection with that
discussion is acceptable -- but outright spam is not acceptable and
should be marked as such.
The following suggestions are meant to help you get the best response
to your posts.
3. FEATURE REQUEST -- if you have one to suggest to the developers,
and they have been encouraged to join this group, then you could make
it easy for them to see you have a feature request by putting those
two words in your Subject line.
4. BUG REPORT -- again, you may want to highlight a bug report in the
Subject line for the benefit of users and developers alike. It's a
good idea if you have them to give the details of your browser, OS,
and computer/device, as well as details of how you experienced the bug
and whether it was reproducible.
5. MOBILE, WIDGET, or LAUNCHY, or GMAIL, etc. Todoist is fairly new,
but already this great tool has implementations that are really
specific. If your post only concerns users and developers of one
specific application or project, then you might want to tag that in
your subject line.
