Reorder "place spacer" not disapearing/Solved

[Up2Late]

In my main "Groups" section, I have a clickable yellow section at the
bottom. It is spaced and bordered like all my other groups, and when
I click on it, it does nothing (like an empty group). It appears
exactly like the space you see when you are dragging something to
reorder it. And just checking now, I can drag groups to it, and it
moves the empty yellow space to the second to last place.

Yikes! Playing around with dragging just created another space.

Any ideas?

HaHa... I just tried one more thing before pressing post. Close then
reopen the page. Worked

Will post anyway for others reference.
