Hey all, happy 2018!

I'd like to introduce ARM as a new TODO Group member which will be represented by Jilayne and Philippe. They are in the process of establishing a new open source program office but you can find some of their open source work here: https://developer.arm.com/open-source

Anyways, let's welcome ARM!

Philippe is director, Open Source at Arm. He has been with Arm for over 18 years developing ARM open source ecosystem in support of ARM technology. In collaboration with partners, he contributed to the formation of Linaro and more recently has been on the Xen Advisory board and was instrumental in the formation of Arm’s Open Source office. He started his career working on micro-kernel design at a time when Linus Torvalds started developing the Linux kernel; and when systems like the Mach kernel and Amoeba were under active research and development. He gained his PhD from Lancaster University (UK) and published in academic conferences and journals. In his spear time he enjoys hiking and cooking.

Jilayne is principal open source counsel at Arm, where she advises legal, business, and engineering on open source related issues, provides training, and drives improved processes around open source. She helped form and chairs the Arm Open Source Office. Jilayne participates in various open source industry groups, including co-leading the legal team for the Software Package Data Exchange (SPDX) and representing Arm on the governing board of OpenChain.  Prior to joining Arm, Jilayne was corporate counsel at OpenLogic, a provider of open source software support, scanning, and license compliance solutions.  In her spare time, Jilayne can be found riding her bike(s) or co-hosting the geeky podcast, FOSS+beer.
