Discussion about Boundary walls -- multiple builders involved in the same campus

I am a bit concerned about the boundary walls for the princeton site.
If multiple builders are involved then might be its going to be mess
about common areas. Raised this issue as well with today's management,
but no feedback from them.

Atleast I can not imagine our floors without gated complex and
security :(
Any one has info about it. Please update.

At the time of booking they assured me that boundary walls with gated
complex and
security will be maintained,but after that I don't have any
information regarding it.

My urge to all of you that lets finalize a meeting time with Todays team else we will not able to get answers of what is expected:

 

Problems mentioned below(please add if i have missed out):

 

1. Quality of construction poor

2. No time frame for possession now.Last demand note received some months before.No prompt response from the builder.

3. Change in the design of the flats meaning what was being told while selling and what is available now.

4. Boundary walls no confirmation.

Hi All,
Yesterday, I talked to one guy from today's and he said that they
will start possession from June but leftover work might be happening
at that time. I told him that I won't take possession till they tick
all the points they have mentioned in the contract.
I agree with Shiven, we need a meeting with them as early as possible.
Currently I am at overseas but I can send somebody to represent me.

Can someone organize a meeting with them?
