Hi, Just saw this. I am having trouble with waves plugins in Reaper with windows 11. I saw your fix but have a question. I saw on the waves website that you cannot install your plugins more than once a year, In fact I tried directly uninstalling the plugins through maintenance on the app and the option is not there. Am I correct in assuming if I follow your fix I can then re-install the plugins?

I followed all the instructions here -appears-as-disconnected-device-in-waves-central but to no avail. Even if I switch off my new network card and reboot, even if I refresh and make use of the repair and fixing permissions feature - it is the same sad image of half of my plugins being activated and the other half not activated on a supposedly disconnected device (I repeat, I have both network adapters activated and changed my ethernet cable back to the old slot). The only way I see here is to make use of the effing License Recovery feature - recoverable only ONCE (!) a year. It makes me so mad because I would rather save it for an emergency. At this point I have tried everything a girl with zero tech skills can and I feel mad I spent money on something I am no longer able to use. Their support isn't responding and I am hoping someone here has experienced this and can help me fixing it and tell me how to prevent this from happening in the future.
