A quick note forwarded from a reader who was having trouble running
run_jetty_gwt.bat on a windows box:
"It turns out that the script "run_jetty_gwt" includes two lines, and
was apparently edited in Unix. The EOL/NL symbol is not recognized in
does. I use JEdit, which sees it as a valid EOL/NL in both Dos and
Unix."
If you're having problems with this script make sure that the line
endings are right for your system.
