problem with spring framework url on amazon aws

I am new to GWT. I have downloaded tocollege-net project and trying to run it in my local system(ubuntu platform). As of now I am able to *compile* the project (mvn compile). However the problem is with Spring framework. When I execute - ./run-jetty, it fails to locate the resources on http://s3.amazonaws.com/maven.springframework.org/milestone. It seems the resources has been relocated. It would be great if anyone help me with the updated url.
