Now I managed to download the zip from github (using GoogleChrome),
ran install-all,
copied gwt-ll.dll+swt-win32-3235.dll to ~.m2\repository\com\google\gwt
\gwt-dev\1.5.3, ran mvn compile ... BUILD SUCCESSFUL ...

I'm getting the following error when I try to launch "ToCollege-
Sample.launch" ...

Referenced classpath provider does not exist:
org.maven.ide.eclipse.launchconfig.classpathProvider

In fact all .launch files have the following line ...

... stringAttribute key="org.eclipse.jdt.launching.CLASSPATH_PROVIDER"
value="org.maven.ide.eclipse.launchconfig.classpathProvider" ...

Google search doesn't return any useful solution / hint.

Any idea will be of great help. Thanks.

Hey thanks for posting.

I'm hoping somebody else has a good lead here. I'm not sure what's
going on here. What version of eclipse / OS are you using?

Feel free to create your own launch profile too, to see if that helps.
There's not much magic contained in there.

Think I ran into something similar, and the install of Maven tools for
Eclipse helped solve it...
