I had exactly the same problem. First turn in Bahrain and already a spin with full TC. Then Jeddah, but there are mostly high speed turns, so I didn't find the problem so frustrating. Then Australia, could have been worse, some slow turns and spinning again, but I thought, that I finally figured it out. And then comes Baku. I'm playing since F1 2020 and this was by far the most frustrating race for me ever. Every slow turn was a spin. I was losing 1-2 seconds every slow turn. I'm playing on controller with full TC and only single player since 2020, because I just want to have some fun and I don't feel like I'm eager to learn how to drive with no TC. I hope this problem will be solved in future updates. I was so hyped for this game and now I have zero fun playing it.

@IanM282 I thought I was going crazy with the lack of traction through slow speed corners. I've been getting so angry since launch and also changing settings to numb it but nothing has worked. I do agree something is very wrong at slow speed corners and it needs to be looked at/sorted.

I didn't have this problem on the beta so it's something that has been introduced since the game launched

Ok, I'm now in Miami, end of sector 2, tight and slow corners are not driveable, I'm losing over 2 seconds in this part with steering assist and TC on. I think I'm done for now, this has to be fixed. I tried different calibration options and assists on or off and for now playing this game on a controller is much worse than F1 22.

I can't talk about TC and controller as I use non of them, but for my experience in sim racing I can say that traction in slow corners is much more in line with Iracing (e.g). From what I heard about the "new" f1 cars that's how they are supposed to be, less speed = less downforce. I don't think it's an issue in this game, I know Iracing is a sim but when you try to handle that W13 in slow corners, like bus stop in Spa you just feel you've got to be smooth with your inputs or you'll spin in a split second.

I'm quite a fast player and I also been struggling to find the sweet spot in exiting slow corners, but that's the challenge. It's a new game, give it 1 or 2 months of gameplay and you'll get used to it.

@ConesAoPoderI agree. I'm not saying that something isn't awry with the controller set-up as I am playing with a wheel but there's definitely a step change from previous years as to how it wants to lose traction at low speeds when the downforce is greatly reduced. This reflects the reality that the cars rely more on mechanical than aero at these low speeds. I'm enjoying this experience as it is teaching me to open up the steering on exit & apply the throttle more progressively which can only make me a better driver.

It might not be so easy to do with the controller I guess so not disagreeing that this may be a problem there just highlighting that the characteristic is indeed reflective of real world behaviour as I understand it.

Azerbaijani air navigation services provider Azeraeronavigatsiya and National Aviation Academy (NAA) of Azerbaijan will introduce the certified training programme of DFS Academy to train their air traffic controllers in Baku. Simulation experts from UFA are providing radar and tower simulators, which will be supplemented by DFS training content and the corresponding simulator exercises. This collaboration means AZANS will get the certified DFS Academy training programmes being ready for incorporation to National Aviation Academy (NAA) programme.

The joint Project of AZANS and SITAONAIR will increase safety, sustainability and operational efficiency at Baku Heydar Aliyev International Airport, and the upper Azerbaijan airspace, by enabling air traffic controllers and pilots to exchange messages in digital format.

The provided pre-Future Air Navigation Service (pre-FANS) comprising Datalink Departure Clearance (DCL), Datalink Automatic Terminal Information Service (D-ATIS) and Datalink Meteorological Information for Aircraft in Flight (D-VOLMET) air/ground communications services at the airport will allow the transmission of meteorological data and other important aeronautical information on board of aircraft. Pre-FANS will advance Baku Heydar Aliyev International Airport air navigation operations and safety, with clear digital messaging that is more consistent and dependable than voice, while reducing controller and pilot workloads.

NEW DELHI: Aviation regulator DGCA is investigating the incident of an IndiGo flight taking off from the national capital to Baku without clearance from the air traffic controller, and the pilots concerned have been derostered, according to a senior official.
