After 10 levels...

I know this forum is kinda dead, but i was wondering if its possible
to have over 10 levels? After using up levels 0-9, if i try to set
something as level 10 (In this case, Bomb Fight), it'll just load
whatever level 1 is. Setting it as level 21 will load level 2, etc. If
i set it to level a, it'll load level 0 (Toblo Towers). I cant figure
out a way to get around this and someone else had this same problem
before. Thanks in advance.

I remember running into limits like this ages ago. I don't recall what
the cap was, specifically, but it very well could be 10. A lot of
things in Toblo are hard-coded. =/

The game is reading the first character and converting to level number (10 = 1, 21 = 2, a = wtf = 0, etc)

Unfortunately,  we can't really help with this. We're all busy on other games these days and just don't have the time to go back to Toblo anymore.
