Do this:
1) Download Hamachi from here (free): https://secure.logmein.com/products/hamachi/vpn.asp
2) Install it
3) Open it, and press the "power" button (lower left corner)
4) Click the triangle button (lower right corner, button on the left)
5) Click "Join a network"
6) Servername: Toblo2 Password: TobloRox (case sensitive)
7) Double click "jonahs-xp"
8) Start Toblo
9) Click Join
10) Find the game, and start playing.

If this doesnt work, try these steps (if you know how):
1) Disable AntiVirus/Firewall
2) Put your computer in DMZ through your router
