Unfortunately we do not offer online play, only LAN. Some people have attempted work-arounds to this problem but I am am not sure if any have been too successful.
And for your other question the answer is no. I believe someone has made a translation into another language before on their own, but I have never seen the end product so don't know if it's too feasible.
