I installed Toblo, and uninstalled it, and I now see OpenAL exists in
Add or Remove Programs. I think Toblo's installation put it there,
and left it on uninstall. Am I correct?

An attempt to remove OpenAL shows the following warning:

---------------------------
OpenAL Installer Message
---------------------------
It appears that one or more installed applications are dependent on
OpenAL. Are you sure you want to remove OpenAL?
---------------------------
Yes No
---------------------------

I don't remember anything asking to install OpenAL, so I am fairly
certain it is Toblo. Perhaps Toblo should tell the user it is
installing it.

Also, if Toblo is removed, then OpenAL shouldn't think any
applications still require it. Please make sure Toblo ensures that
after uninstall, it doesn't leave OpenAL thinking it still needs it.

Perhaps Toblo's uninstall should remove it, since it put it there.

Toblo did add OpenAL. OpenAL is the audio equivalent of something
like DirectX. You can imagine it would be annoying if whenever a game
uninstalled itself it also uninstalled DirectX.
