Attached is the template for the Division awards. Each club president is requested to fill the criteria in the same format and justify each section for validation .

Once the club president or the EC completes the process,  please send the filled template to me marking  cc to prath...@gmail.com for validation.

Please note that the filled in formats should be sent by tomorrow (07/04/2015) 2 pm.  Hence treat this as highly important and urgent.
