Dear Division and Area Governor/President and VP Ed:

Please arrange to conduct and complete the election for the New Excom and update the TI site before June 30, 2015.

Please ensure clubs renew membership of a minimum of 8 members before May 31, 2015.

The above would help the club gain 1 DCP point for the year 2015-16.

The Toastmasters India Warehouse informs that TI has decided to route the club leadership handbook (CLH) through them.  Hence  they request that any change in SPOC (single point of contact) must be updated by 10th June, 2015 or else the CLH would be sent to the SPOC as per their record. 

Please do not assume  that updating TI site with the new details means the Warehouse gets the SPOC details.
