Dear Friends...

Good Morning.  Sorry for the long silence from my end.  It has been a  testing time for me and my family since last December and we are working hard to balance the show.

At the outset I regret to inform you that I will not be able to be active as the Area Governor for the rest of my term.  The district therefore has advised me to identify an Assistant Area Governor who can liaison  between the clubs under Area F5 and  the District.

The primary roles and responsibilities of the AG/Asst. AG for the next few months are:

1. Coordinate with clubs in conducting the Club Level Contest
2. Organize the Area Level Contest
3. Complete the Second Level of Area Visit and File the area reports in TI website
4. Spare weekly 1-2 hours over phone/email/whatsapp/FB for the District Officers to catch up on the further action plan.

Also we are looking for mentors for the newly formed Club under Area F5, Hitachi Consulting.

Any Toastmaster interested in the taking up the roles mentioned above may please contact me by today's evening.
